There were options given but I opted for Novotel and the experience was not that great. Very dedicated and helpful team, with special thanks to Mr. Kunaal who treated us like family and always made sure everything was as comfortable as can be. It was a girls-only trip but it felt really safe with a strong travel agency available at all times to make sure everything is going smoothly. Ms. Salma & friends traveled to Bali Faculty and students of Bath Spa University Academic Center – RAK had great, safe and amazing UK study tour experiences for the past 2 years with the help of Marco Polo Travel and Tours. From the start of visa processing, departure from the Dubai Airport, during the whole tour in the UK and until we arrived back in the UAE, they made sure that we were taken care of. Students from Ras Al Khaimah traveled to the United Kingdom This is our first time planning a trip for our students with Marcopolo. We took 12 students to Azerbaijan – Baku and Gabala. Kunal and his team were very helpful and professional in planning the whole trip from Dubai to Baku. The trip was very well organized and it allowed us to experience every aspect of the country and it covered so many locations. The tour guide in Azerbaijan spoke fluent English and was very patient with us and accommodated all of our last-minute requests. We will definitely be working with Marcopolo next year to plan another memorable trip for our students. Students from Abu Dhabi traveled to Azerbaijan They are very patient and accommodating with all our queries. Everything has been well arranged and planned: from arrival, tour, hotels until our departure. We did not expect that we will have our own guide and private car for ourselves only, which is really superb! The tour guides (Guri, Georgi, and Irakli) are very kind, helpful and friendly. Although we did not cover all the mentioned places in our itineraries, we truly enjoyed our stay and the short vacation. Definitely, one of the memories that shall be treasured. While we were still on the plane going back to Dubai, we are already planning for our next trip and that will be definitely with Marcopolo Again! Ms. Lornya & Friends Travelled to Georgia Singapore was really one of my favorite trips, and I can vouch that it was the same for all my 32 colleagues. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed every single day of the programme. Personally, it was a pleasure communicating with Kunaal on behalf of my group, and what I appreciate the most is his orderliness, punctuality, and availability 24/7 both during the pre-departure planning and the trip itself. Students from Sharjah traveled to Singapore This trip to Rome, Florence, Pisa and Bologna was very good overall. The locations and activities selected, made the experience very enjoyable for the whole group. The tour leader, on the Italian side did an amazing job, which everyone in the group appreciated. As for a summary of aligneds from students themselves, many called this trip a truly wonderful and fun experience, and some even said that this was their favorite trip so far.
