Their negotiations addressed complex deal terms, including rollover equity, incentive promote structures, and shareholder rights. Both teams performed exceptionally well, earning multiple awards: - Team Blue (Betty Chen and Tian Zhao) won Best Brief and Best Negotiation - Team Gold (Julia Jones, Johanna Richter, and Anika Bajpai) won Best Negotiation Reflecting on the experience, Julia Jones shared: "It was incredibly rewarding to see weeks of preparation and teamwork come to life in such a hands-on setting. The competition brought in top-tier transactional lawyers as judges, who not only gave us thoughtful feedback but also provided insight into how these negotiations play out in the real world. Huge thanks to Kiki and Clint for coaching us through it all!" Congratulations to all for their hard work, preparation, and success in this highly competitive event!
