CEINEX utilizes Deutsche Börse Group’s reliable and highly integrated market infrastructure covering the entire value chain of financial services to provide for trading, clearing, settlement and custody for D-Shares. Bond Bond trading at CEINEX focuses on:Prominent Chinese enterprises and financial institutionsSupranational institutions, sovereigns/government and quasi-sovereign agenciesSino-German strategic cooperation projectsChina’s ‘One Belt, One Road’ infrastructure projects ETFs Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) pursue a passive investment strategy. They aim to track the performance of an underlying index as precisely and cost-efficiently as possible. Underlying indices may be national or international stock indices, bond and real-estate indices or commodity and strategy indices. By replicating indices, entire markets can be traded as easily as a share. Services Issuance CEINEX operates on Deutsche Börse Group’s infrastructure under European regulations. Clearstream, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group, fully supports issuance of securities traded on CEINEX market through its existing procedures and systems. Listing As CEINEX market operates on the infrastructure of Deutsche Börse Group, all listing requirements and procedures, including the admission and introduction of financial instruments, as well as the ongoing obligations arising from introduction follow the rules and conditions at Deutsche Börse under the European regulatory and standards. Trading In order to participate in trading of CEINEX cash market products, a trading membership with Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB®), the cash market of Deutsche Börse Group, is required.
