Previously a graphic designer in the hospitality industry and before that an art director in the advertising industry, I picked up a camera again in 2018. One thing seemed to lead to another and by 2021 I was shooting commercially.Since then I’ve collaborated with a number of excellent clients and shot cookbooks with brilliant chef-authors who have become close friends. I have worked in Jamaica, South Africa, Italy and the USA and I’ll happily travel for an interesting brief.My images are featured in Esquire, Vogue, Pit Magazine, The Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Conde Naste and others.With a background in art direction and 20 years spent growing up in and around my family’s restaurants, I’ve developed an eye for food (and the world that surrounds it) informed by both style and story. I love creating concept-led commercial work that is bold, authentic and clever, just as much as I enjoy capturing softer moments dappled with sunlight to accompany nostalgic stories.No project is too big, too small, or too weird!
