This award exists to make that work visible. The women we celebrate lead business transformation, build better ways of working, bolster creative and business outcomes, and make room for opportunities that didn’t exist before. They push progress forward even when the conditions around them don’t make it easy. Across Asia-Pacific over the past year, their impact has shown up in leadership, technology, strategy, sustainability, communications, and the marketing community. Some are established figures. Others are still early in their journey but have already changed the culture of the workplaces they’re part of. For 2026, the awards recognise where the industry is tilting. New categories include Influencer Marketing Pioneer for individual leaders, and campaign honours for AdTech Innovation, Content Marketing Excellence, ESG-Focused Marketing and Social Impact Initiatives. If you’ve made a real difference in the last 12 months or you are a rising talent whose already carving the path ahead, we love to hear your story.
