Why?When members were migrated into the new GlueUp system, all accounts were imported as 2025 memberships, which incorrectly showed balances due. These records were manually corrected, and all 2025 memberships were later cancelled as part of the system cleanup. ACBSP statuses have not been cancelled and active status/renewals are now based solely on 2026 memberships. No credit cards are stored on file, and no charges have been processed — any invoices visible in GlueUp for 2025 do not reflect payments for 2026.How do I know if I’ve renewed for 2026?Accounts displaying “2026 Active CCSP/DACBSP” are fully renewed for 2026. If an active 2026 membership is not shown, renewal can be completed by logging in and using this link: https://app.glueup.com/org/acbsp/memberships/I’m trying to register for the symposium, but it doesn’t recognize me as a member. How do I get the member rate?An active 2026 membership is required to receive member pricing. Once a 2026 membership is active, the account will automatically be recognized as a member for event registration. Renew here: https://app.glueup.com/org/acbsp/memberships/I renewed for 2026, but it says my membership expires on 10/31/26. Why?Renewals open on November 1st each year. The 10/31/26 date indicates that the 2027 renewal window opens on November 1st, 2026. Members have until June 30th, 2027 to renew their membership before going inactive.Renewal pricing:$135 if paid between Nov 1 – Jan 31$160 if paid between Feb 1 – June 30What is the difference between “Annual Certification Maintenance” and GlueUp memberships?They are the same thing. GlueUp is now the official membership platform. Instead of completing a separate annual certification maintenance form, all renewals are managed directly within GlueUp accounts. This year requires a one-time setup, but moving forward, renewals will be as simple as clicking “Renew.” Auto-renal can also be enabled within the account settings.Why am I no longer listed in the online directory?The directory is now connected directly to GlueUp. Only members with an active 2026 membership appear in the directory.
