This is not discretionary giving, but a home for work, ideas, and efforts that further our commitment to community. Our first initiative, Empathy Building, supports opportunities for people to rekindle and strengthen their capacity for empathy. As our second initiative, we have joined the Collaborative for Gender + Reproductive Equity, supporting organizations that are advocating for this work across the United States. As we continue to grow, learn through, and explore our philanthropy, we will add new giving areas and evolve our work to support aligned opportunities. As one of the three sister organizations in the Wildcard Giving family, Acton Family Giving builds upon Sunlight Giving’s direct services support and Solidarity Giving’s stand for social justice. Together, the three philanthropic entities support communities across the country and beyond.
