We identify the purpose and the list of products, and select the appropriate technical solutions, detection sensitivity and performance (POD vs. FRR). Testing and design Our devices are designed to deliver optimal performance and to work for as long as possible. Initial product tests are performed in our laboratory or at the customer’s production plant. We transfer the project design specifications to the dedicated x-ray inspection system to take into account the proper transport of the product, a dedicated reject system and storage of the non-compliant product. Delivery and integration We implement the optimal and most comprehensive integration of the x-ray inspection system with the production line and provide the assistance of the application department necessary to program and achieve the most effective line performance. Your detector will work perfectly, and you don’t have to worry about selecting parameters. If necessary, we can rent a replacement device until the target detector is delivered. Validation and training After the installation is completed, we validate the system operation together with the client. Before starting the production, we perform the necessary on-the-job training for operators, quality control and technical employees, responsible for the ongoing verification of the correct operation of the device.
