Lulu Alexandra The Masters Games has given me opportunities to compete on a world stage with incredible competitors in beautiful locations. I’ve made lifelong international friends in my sport and having a focus on training has had huge benefits for both my mental and physical health.   Nick Hope After covering Swimming at several Olympic Games, I made the decision to return to the pool myself in order to enhance my physical and mental health. I soon realised how important regularly competition is for maintaining motivation, but also making new memories as well as friends.
