Education has always been a primary goal of Wine Spectator magazine. Proceeds from the NY Wine Experience support the Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation, which provides grants and scholarships to a wide variety of wine-related and culinary programs. To date, more than $30 million has been raised, made possible by the generosity of vintners around the world, who donate the wine for the Wine Experience Grand Tastings and seminars, as well as the thousands of wine lovers who attend the event each year.What is the dress code? Business Casual for all events. What does a complete Weekend Package include?Admission for one person to: Friday and Saturday seated daytime wine seminars, Friday and Saturday wine-pairing luncheons, 6:00 pm VIP Early Access entry for Thursday and Friday evening Critics’ Choice Grand tastings, and admission for the closing Champagne Reception on Saturday evening. You must be 21 or older to attend.Can I purcahse an individual ticket to attend a seminar?Seminars are only included in the Weekend Package. Individual seminar tickets are not available for purchase.Can I purchase an individual ticket to the champagne recpetion? Individual tickets for the Champagne Reception are not available for purchase. Only Weekend Registrants may attend the Champagne Reception.I need to change my hotel reservation. After that date, until August 1st, 2026, there is a $500 per person cancellation fee. After August 1st, there are no refunds. Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time. Registrations can be cancelled by logging into your registration using the 'Already Registered?' link. ​ VIP EARLY ACCESS TICKETS: A full refund is available until August 31, 2026. After that there are no refunds.Can I purchase a VIP Early Access ticket for the Grand Tastings?Grand Tasting tickets will be on sale for the general public in late spring 2026. ​ Thursday Night VIP Early Access (6:00pm entry) tickets for the Grand Tastings are only available for purchase with a Weekend Package. Weekend Registrants can purchase up to (2) additional VIP Early Access tickets per evening. VIP Early Access tickets are not available for purchase to the general public. ​ Friday Night VIP Early Access (6:00pm entry) tickets for the Grand Tasting are available to public and can be purchased on the New York Wine Experience website.Will there be food at the Ciritcs' Choice Grand Tasting? Yes, there will be a light buffet with a variety of options to enjoy during the tasting.Is there a coat check? Yes, there is a coat check on the 3rd floor. Will there be a tasting map for the Critics' Choice Grand Tasting?Yes, we will share the tasting map closer to the event date.I need to cancel my General Admission Critics' Choice Grand Tasting tickets? What do I do?All General Admission ticket sales for the Critics’ Choice Grand Tastings are final sale. Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time.
