The information given exceeded my expectation, with clear and honest pricing and delivery timeframes.They installed and set up the laser unit, as communicated. Richard Packham Managing Director Wood Masters My business, Wood Masters, had been running Epilog 60-watt and 120-watt Legend lasers for the past 15 years, and we had been reasonably happy with them. But Epilog, in their master plan, decided not to update the driver software for the Legend series, which meant we had to stay on Windows 7 operating systems or earlier. I was worried about the ongoing availability of Windows 7 boxes, so I started investigating other options.When I spoke to Epilog, the advice I got was to buy new machines at about $50k.I spoke to Mike from ITS NZ Ltd, and he suggested a Thunder Laser. At first, I was a little bit concerned about the quality, being so reasonably priced, but I bit the bullet and purchased a 60-watt CO₂ machine for not much more than what a replacement laser tube for my two Epilog machines would have cost.I have never looked back. I can use the latest version of Corel, but I have found that for 90% of what I need, LightBurn does it just as well, if not better. Since we have had the Thunder Laser, I have scrapped one Epilog for parts and have only used my other machine once or twice just to speed up production.I have found the support from ITS NZ Ltd to be exceptional. Every time I have a query, it has been sorted straight away.I’m more than happy to recommend a Thunder Laser machine and ITS NZ Ltd.
