Hazel Miller saw the beauty in all of Edmonds and the surrounding area. Her vision was to give back to a community that she and her husband, Morrie, cared so much about. Hazel passed away in 2009 but her legacy continues through the Foundation that was created to benefit the people of Edmonds and South Snohomish County. learn more Hazel Miller Foundation Grant Qualifications The Foundation provides grants to organizations that serve our community. Grants are awarded to: Public organizations that are exempt from taxation and operate for charitable purposes as defined by Code Section 501(c)3. Non-profit organizations focused on education and youth services, poverty alleviation and hunger, civic and community services and amenities, the environment, diversity, culture, and the arts. Community-based organizations within the boundaries of the Edmonds School District. read the grant faqs 4 reasons your organization should apply for a Hazel Miller Foundation grant   The Foundation’s grants extend the impact of your hard work. There are little to no restrictions on what you can request funding for. Organizations can apply for multiple grants with individual applications. There are no minimum grant amount requirements.
