The region is a key driver of growth for the global sector, due to favourable demographics, green transformation, and the emergence of the low-altitude economy, with China in particular propelling the industry forward. Now featuring both organisers at the helm, the show’s second edition will take place 27 – 30 November 2025 at Zhuhai International Airshow Center, situated at the epicentre of one of China’s main aviation manufacturing clusters in Zhuhai will focus on expert dialog, beginners' seminars and workshops for pilots and aerodrome operators. AERO Asia 2025 Previous Next Previous Next “AERO Asia has been highly significant for our business growth, as it is more specialised, focusing exclusively on general aviation. This targeted approach has brought together enthusiasts passionate about general aviation and the low-altitude economy, providing us with a platform for precise connections in this niche market. This has undoubtedly been very beneficial for expanding our business in China and across Asia. Our booth attracted numerous domestic and international visitors demonstrating strong interest in our general aviation aircraft, helicopters, and core components.” Wanfeng Auto Holding Group (Diamond Aircraft/Volocopter), China, Mr Zhiliang Xu, Deputy Secretary “AERO Asia 2025 has improved significantly compared to its first edition, notably in attendance, internationality, and fringe events. AsBAA expanded its involvement at this edition, gathering our members to showcase in a pavilion, hosting the 2025 GABA Safety International Symposium, and organising AsBAA Discovery, to share aviation education and culture with the next generation. This show is a great opportunity for our members to engage in business exchange, and for us to connect with other players in the industry.” Vice Chairman, AsBAA; Chairman, AsBAA Chinese Mainland Committee (AsBAA BoDs), China , Mr Rocky Zhang “We are at AERO Asia to introduce to the Chinese market our newly designed Skyranger airplane, which can land on short runways or small fields and reach rural areas that are unreachable with normal airplanes. This show is a good opportunity to reach out to our customers, show the public our products, and an important platform for collaboration. We've made many valuable connections with visitors showing genuine interest in our products, which is very encouraging, and we spoke with some operators who provided insightful feedback on our design.” Jiangxi Explorer Aviation Technology Co Ltd (Pilatus), Switzerland, Mr Patrik Molander, Project Chief Engineer “We achieved our intended goals at AERO Asia 2025: we successfully released product updates, showcased technological advancements, and announced the launch prices of two new products. We’ve also held signing ceremonies with multiple customers related to our traditional turboprop engines, and connected with numerous domestic unmanned cargo aircraft manufacturers who intend to follow up on our turbine hybrid power products. This show has propelled the low-altitude economy from technological development to practical implementation, and we will definitely keep participating in the coming years.” Shanghai Shangshi Aerospace Co Ltd, China, Mr Jing Wang, Deputy General Manager “General aviation in Nepal is quite established, including private operators for intercity and mountainous areas, and charter rescue and cargo services using helicopters. Our main objective at AERO Asia is to explore aviation parts, consumables, and compounds, and we have found likely partners for items we are looking to import. We are also eager to work in the UAV sector, for surveying and delivery on smaller payloads, and we are considering several manufacturers here.” Sharif Trading Company Pvt Ltd, Nepal, Mr Santosh Sitaula, Managing Director “We are a globally recognised supplier of satellite communication solutions, specialising in terminal equipment such as parabolic and phased array satellites – our products have been exported to over 100 countries. The main reason we’re visiting this fair is to connect with potential partners, especially within the drone industry. In fact, we've already set up initial meetings with several potential clients. The exhibitors here are high-quality; most of them are from leading companies.” China Starwin Science & Technology Co Ltd, China, Mr Yi-lin Li, Sales Manager “Elevate(her) offers a free life membership and operates using four key pillars – social media; events; outreach; and research. In just two and a half years, we’ve grown to include thousands of members in 64 countries, and AERO Asia’s given us an exciting opportunity to connect with and inspire even more women. Our presentation on shaping a more inclusive future for aviation enabled us to promote awareness to women and men alike, while we’ve met so many women here who are in different roles in the industry, and discussed their various, country-specific challenges.” Research Coordinator at Elevate(her) Aviation, UK, Ms Eloise Shuckburgh, Private Pilot “Smart flyer is a hybrid electric aircraft – the special feature is that pilots can easily swap the energy modules between battery-electric and hybrid-electric within a few minutes. It is appealing to flight schools everywhere due to higher flexibility, around 50% lower direct operating costs, and lower emissions. AERO Asia is one of the only general aviation platforms where you can present such new innovations. Our whole seminar audience was very interested in this new system, and the platform was very useful as most of the attendees came to our booth afterwards for more information.” Smartflyer AG, Switzerland, Mr Rolf Stuber, CEO / Head of Design Product Range Piston Planes Turboprops Business Jets Helicopters E-Flight Avionics & Cabin Equipment MRO Supply & Components UL/VLA/LSA Gyrocopters Aviation Sports Flight Schools / Flight Simulation UAV Engines Services Airport Construction & Infrastructure AERO Asia 2025 Video consent Video consent copy Video consent button Facts and figures Here you can find all information about AERO Asia.
