Learn more about Sourcery › About Committed to the responsible stewardship of critical open-source infrastructure for the digital humanities, we founded the nonprofit Corporation for Digital Scholarship in 2009 to develop and operate the business models for Omeka and Zotero. Having secured their long-term sustainability and independence, we have since helped launch and sustain a growing family of software projects, including Tropy, PressForward, and Sourcery. Leadership Officers Sharon M. Leon Chief Operating Officer Sharon M. Leon has two decades of experience in digital history. Leon manages core Digital Scholar operations, directs Omeka, and identifies new opportunities to support key free and open-source software projects in the humanities. Sean Takats President Sean Takats is Professor and Chief Scientist in Digital History at the University of Luxembourg, where he leads a software lab within the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History. Takats directs Zotero and Tropy. Tom Scheinfeldt Treasurer and Secretary Tom Scheinfeldt is Professor of Digital Humanities at the University of Connecticut and Director of Greenhouse Studios, a transdisciplinary research unit that explores scholarship in the digital age. Scheinfeldt directs Sourcery. Andy Privee Financial Controller Andy Privee managed budgets and operations at the EPA and Peace Corps for over 25 years. He was Chief Financial Officer for the Digital Public Library of America and Financial Manager at the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media. Board of Directors Daniel J.
