The two most well known license pathways are through United Soccer Coaches and US Soccer. LEARN MORE About Soccer Rhode Island Soccer Rhode Island (SRI) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2000. We currently provide services to over 23,000 youth players & 3,500 coaches throughout RI. SRI is managed by a Board of Directors overseeing several programs including ODP, Competitive Soccer, Recreation Soccer & TOPSoccer.
