All of our programs take place on the traditional and stolen territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and Səl̓ílwətaʔ Nations. We recognize that we all work within ongoing systems of oppression and colonization, and we commit to being a decolonial ally by building long-term relationships and by listening to, learning from, and amplifying the voices of our Indigenous friends.  Volunteer Join our network of amazing volunteers. You don’t need to be a writer, just someone who is committed to helping kids get excited about reading and writing. Programs Most programs run during out-of-school hours when under-resourced kids and youth need extra support to boost their reading and writing skills. DONATE All programs are free for the kids and families that access Writers' Exchange. This is only possible because of generous donors who are passionate about literacy. Hear directly from the kids why the Writers' Exchange is the best! This tour of the Writers' Exchange is brought to you by high-fives and awesome kids. Directed and filmed by Grady Mitchell Music by Brasstronaut Get the latest updates from the kids on Instagram: Subscribe 207 - 877 East Hastings Street, Vancouver BC V6A 3Y1enusen-US1726888820https://vancouverwe.com
