Keep it up - Kartik Deora, Managing Director- Regent Plast Pvt. Ltd. It was really a nice and knowledgeable session which gave me new insights of this process. As we are in the plastic manufacturing industry and to cut down the initial investment cost for feasibility studies or simulation for any project, this process is very useful. Also with this technology, we are able to get a very near or equivalent to original CTQ parameters for new developments - Virendra Zala, Jyoti Plastics The sessions have been good - I personally have enjoyed a few of them where the approach by the speaker has been very practical and as is witnessed by us in the industry - Ms. Nidhi Sehgal, Vandhana International Pvt Ltd. I have found the sessions very informative - Ms. Maneesha, Radhan Plastic Sessions till now have been good. Slightly more technical than expected. But overall very good theoretical learning. 2. Take away points were that lot of science and research is happening at the top levels in this field and the materials and grades used are being continuously worked on to improve further or make sustainable More of a non-technical discussion on barrier properties, nature of polymers and how they serve their applications and proceread more...ss ability. Also more of a discussion on how to go about executing this knowledge at smaller scale, MSME level and not from an MNC and large scale industry perspective as Dr Saha mentioned 90% of units are MSME - Mr. Harshvardhan D, SUSHILA PARMAR INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD Some lectures were incredibly technical to understand as personally not being from a scientific background those lectures did not really added any value as I couldn’t process them so if more laymen languages can be used or maybe differentiate in your courses between regular and chemistry background so that all the attendees take equal knowledge. The timing of the course is right in the middle of the day, as your course is attracting working proread more...fessionals, directors or management people from the company, please keep in considerations that it’s slightly impossible to focus completely for 3 hours in the middle of the week. It’s understandable that the lecturers also have their availability schedule but if the course happens over the weekend preferably in evening hours, the attention would be much better considering I am guessing all the attendees would be attending from their respective offices and phones, visitors and general office work is bound to come in the middle - Aditya Lalwani, M/s Supreme Plastic Industries I have immense pleasure to have attended the workshop on packaging by AIPMA AMTEC. It's after 35 long years I have attended class, without missing or bunking. The syllabus of the course was very useful and many things we have added in our routine life since years and there are many new ones which has to be adopted. Sunrise Polypack The session were Very thorough. Takeaways include polymer understanding, packaging techniques, and different types of packaging, packaging design among many others. Inclusion of more on commercial studies, such as costing, case studies of companies, innovations around the world, less focus on so much technical polymer understanding. This will help more entrepreneurs. MikrofineToolings PVT LTD The sessions have been very productive and insightful. I’m happy to say that I have been able to learn a lot in just a month, since the plastics sector is relatively new to me. Owing to the commendable effort of faculty members and the curriculum design, I am now well-informed both scientifically and from a commercial perspective. I was able to attend all sessions except for one that was rescheduled to a Saturday on account of Government holidaread more...y in Maharashtra. However, I was able to understand the missed topics well using the study material provided by AIPMA. But my prior engagements kept me from attending that day. My only feedback would be to prepare for potential changes in schedule a little more in advance, wherever possible so participants may rearrange their engagements accordingly. That being said, the overall conduct of the event was excellent and any query I had was attended to well in time. So, I would just like to thank and congratulate all the organisers, Ms. Shiraz in particular, and all faculty members who have helped in making the event a success. Kudos to the whole team! - Shraddha Kumar – M/s. TOMRA First of all many thanks to AIPMA for conducting a very knowledgeable session on Plastics. I would also like to thank all the esteemed panelists for taking out time and imparting knowledge on Plastics. There were a few sessions in particular: Rheology, Testing and Quality Evaluation that were of great interest but I felt these topics should have been covered in more depth as it is difficult to grasp in one session. There are a lot of techread more...nical terms involved which are not straightforward to understand and require in-person sessions. There were a lot of questions arising during the sessions of which it was not possible to get answers of, due to time constraint. It was not possible to write so many questions at the end of the sessions as well. Also, since plastics packaging is a very broad topic and there are various types of plastic packaging, there should be separate courses for each kind of packaging so that it becomes more fruitful for the respective industries. All participants come from different packaging industries and would love to get in depth knowledge of their packaging product. The sessions covered a lot about food packaging and not everyone is involved in food packaging. I am a manufacturer of LDPE/LLDPE/mLLDPE based (blown film) industrial packaging bags (25 kgs packing) and I felt very little was covered in this area. Moreover I would love to get more practical/shop floor knowledge about packaging like how it's made, what's the best way to make it and how can the quality and strength be improved of a particular package. Overall, I am extremely grateful to have participated in this session as it has helped me gain basic and important knowledge about polymers. - Gaurav Goenka We are glad to contribute and support India's next generation of innovators in the industry! - Bharat Rubber Works Pvt. Ltd. Thank you for organising such a course was indeed extremely helpful. Please do keep me posted when organising more events of this natures. - Mr. Johann Trachell, POLYDIME INDIA PACKAGING (PRIVATE) LIMITED, Sri Lanka I have done a course at AIPMA's AMTEC in 3D printing bootcamp. It was one of the best sessions for me as I learned about the basics and also got to work hands-on with the machine. They also teach the service part, which I find more worthwhile. I also got an opportunity to visit an industry, which makes my concepts more clear. The staff members of AIPMA's AMTEC are very friendly and will help you at every stage. - Poonam Vishwakarma “The course was very well designed and has covered all the key elements in 3D printing. The staff was very supportive and knowledgeable who assisted me throughout this course. Especially my tutor, Mr. Sushant Ayare sir was very helpful to me as he was also providing me with the knowledge apart from the syllabus that was essential to start a 3D printing business”. - Tejas S. Gaikwad "Respected, AIPMAs AMTEC Management & Staff, it was fabulous and gave me goosebumps to see the talented trainees you are shaping, the humanitarian work you are doing for underprivileged students, and conducting various courses at minimum charges, unbelievable " - Principal SB Mane, Jai Bhagwan ITI Kalva district Thane "The event was very well organized and attended by plastic industry dignitaries.
