Continuous Manufacturing Platform We have developed an innovative integrated end-to-end continuous manufacturing process platform, which is highly intensified and allows us to make significantly more product in a smaller footprint than traditional batch manufacturing. Our optimized bioprocess platform continuously purifies antibodies and recombinant proteins from perfusion cell culture bioreactors leading to higher product quality. The small footprint of our end-to-end continuous process enables a significant reduction in the size of the manufacturing plant. Just - Evotec Biologics’ award-winning good manufacturing practice facility design, called J.POD, houses our highly automated continuous process in modular clean room pods. These manufacturing facilities are smaller, more cost-effective, and faster to build than traditional facilities. They offer great flexibility and can produce up to two metric tons of product per year despite their small size. Just – Evotec Biologics' manufacturing capabilities include two US-based and one EU-based site. These sites offer cell line, analytical, process development services as well as early clinical to commercial cGMP biomanufacturing services all under the one roof.
